Shipping

By placing an order with Lola & Iris, you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Please note that we can not guarantee any amendments or cancellations once an order has been processed.

Australia

All orders placed after 1pm ACT will be shipped the following business day. We use Star Track, Fastway, DHL, or Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

On dispatch of your order from our warehouse you will receive an email notification with the courier tracking details.

On delivery, if no one is available to receive the order, the courier has ATL – Authority To Leave the order on the property.

Once delivery has been made the responsibility of the parcel rests with the buyer. Lola & Iris does not cover the cost of lost or stolen parcels once delivered.
